Katy Sherwood of Farwell, the widow of Clare County Sheriffs Deputy Kevin Sherwood, is again making a mark on the state. First, she was involved in getting health insurance for families of fallen officers. Now she has been named to the Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Monument Fund Commission.
